A week after purchasing an Armani exchange wallet and after 4 days of use the edging comes off both at the top and bottom, I go to the safe point of sale for a replacement, also because both my wife and I are customers who they often buy there and in any case not much time had passed, but I was denied because I didn't have a receipt (A RECEIPT IS RESERVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE OR MOBILE PHONE TO CLAIM THE WARRANTY NOT FOR A WALLET), I ask for the owner and as soon as he shows up he tells me that I have to keep the damage, even getting angry. I don't think this attitude is right towards a customer who has spent money at their point of sale. If they had collected the product and exchanged it, the manufacturing company would have returned it to them (I am a clothing representative and I know how it works) and even if it didn't, they would have held onto a lost customer dearly.

Purchased a pair of Nero Giardini sandals on July 11th, returned on July 18th after having worn them at a wedding because they were low-cut on the inside (the inner sole), I was told that they would return them to the company without returning them to me with another product (expected within 15 days for online purchases, two months for others) nor was the amount refunded to me. To this day I still have not received my shoes after several phone calls. Furthermore, the owner uses his sales assistants to act as intermediaries. My lawyer will now resolve the issue via certified e-mail. I recommend buying the same products even better elsewhere and not there. Rude staff who talk about company policy without knowing the law, owner even more so.
On August 1, 2022 they returned GLUED shoes to me, making me believe that they were sent back to the factory. Now tell me if Nero Giardini could ever send back a pair of glued shoes, but regardless of this, a return made even after 1 week and with only one use doesn't work like that.

Terrible experience, unsympathetic owner, the only shop in the world that asks the customer to contact the company to check the defective items... Terrible shop, they pass themselves off as boutiques but in reality it's all poor quality goods... things get ruined immediately from the first use. Terrible staff and also the owners.
