Now after having been practically robbed, plus there is no manager in the shop and no one passing the word between them, all this inside the well-known METROPOLIS shopping center in Rende, I have not received any delivery note for the release of the goods because their policy it doesn't foresee it, but in any case I documented everything via video and Gaelle's parent company replies to me via e-mail that it never received this report from Garuda

Purchased a pair of Nero Giardini sandals on July 11th, returned on July 18th after having worn them at a wedding because they were low-cut on the inside (the inner sole), I was told that they would return them to the company without returning them to me with another product (expected within 15 days for online purchases, two months for others) nor was the amount refunded to me. To this day I still have not received my shoes after several phone calls. Furthermore, the owner uses his sales assistants to act as intermediaries. My lawyer will now resolve the issue via certified e-mail. I recommend buying the same products even better elsewhere and not there. Rude staff who talk about company policy without knowing the law, owner even more so. On August 1, 2022 they returned GLUED shoes to me, making me believe that they were sent back to the factory. Now tell me if Nero Giardini could ever send back a pair of glued shoes, but regardless of this, a return made even after 1 week and with only one use doesn't work like that. You are just clowns. You will shortly receive a well-articulated certified email from my lawyer. I recommend never buying in this store.

Unfortunately I was forced to come to this shop to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me (obviously with poor results) First of all, I don't understand the fact that you don't make changes on Saturday and Sunday, as coming during the week was complicated for me since I work... But okay, let's leave this aside I arrive there, I show the t-shirt and I am told that I could only change the size but of the same t-shirt that was given to me!! Obviously the size was not available and consequently no exchange If you don't have the larger size, show me something else even if I have to add a little more money... Moral of the story I came away with a t-shirt that will sit gathering dust in my closet since I can't wear it I will definitely not recommend you for future purchases

Terrible experience, unsympathetic owner, the only shop in the world that asks the customer to contact the company to check the defective items... I contact the company and come back to have the return accepted, I am sent back for the second time, I phone the company in front of them, I put the company operator on speaker who was absolutely on my side, the owner doesn't want to talk to us 😂a ridiculous situation that has never happened before... conclusion to make it short I leave the bag after this squalid telephone theater and after half 'now they're calling me back saying that the company didn't recognize the return😂😂😂I'll let it go because it's not worth it to lower myself to certain levels...I strongly advise against it, be very careful with your purchases both in terms of quality and prices!!
